Senior Executive – Continuing Professional Development (3‑yr Contract)

About the role

The Singapore Institute of Legal Education is seeking a Senior Executive to lead its Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme for lawyers. You will ensure compliance with CPD requirements, manage accreditation processes and support policy development, making a tangible impact on the legal profession in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage communications with lawyers and legal professionals, handling queries, promoting CPD awareness and gathering feedback.
• Oversee accreditation applications, liaising with course providers and legal professionals.
• Coordinate CPD activities, identify competency gaps and develop or co‑develop courses and materials.
• Support the Director of CPD with compliance audits, waiver applications, reporting and new initiative implementation.
• Assist CPD committees and undertake ad‑hoc duties across the Institute.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on actionable recommendations.
• Meticulous, detail‑oriented and a strong work ethic.
• Proactive, independent and resource‑ful.
• Experience in the legal sector, policy, adult learning or curriculum development is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Competitive salary SGD 3,900–4,200 per month.
