Senior / Executive, Crisis Planning & Operations

About the role

SingHealth is looking for a Senior / Executive to support the development of scenarios and plans for medical and operational responses to communicable disease outbreaks, continuity of critical hospital services, and civil and national emergencies, with guidance from the health ministry and hospital stakeholders. The role also supports the operationalisation of these plans through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of scenarios and plans for medical and operational responses to communicable disease outbreaks, continuity of critical services, and civil and national emergencies.
• Operationalise the plans by supporting hospital stakeholders in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Build the hospital's capabilities, including operational, IT and infrastructure capabilities, to support medical and public health response to outbreaks, critical service continuity, civil emergencies and mass casualty incidents.

Required profile

• Degree with at least 2 years of working experience in operations-related fields.
• Prior experience in hospital operations and/or emergency response management, or a medical and nursing background, is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in IT applications such as MS Word, PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Good writing and effective communication skills.
