Senior Executive Engineer – Mechanical & Electrical

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive Engineer (M&E) to lead the design and delivery of mechanical services for public and commercial projects in Singapore. The role involves overseeing the full design lifecycle, coordinating with authorities, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility, conceptual, preliminary and detailed design of mechanical services.
• Design layouts for M&E plant rooms, service routings, points and fixtures.
• Engage with local authorities and agencies for consultations and approvals.
• Prepare tender specifications, review tender drawings and manage contract administration.
• Monitor project progress, identify non‑conformities and manage testing and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Lead technical and progress meetings with clients, consultants and contractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical services design, project management and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of building services codes and regulations.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants and contractors.
