Senior Executive – Events Planning

About the role

The Senior Executive supports the coordination and execution of in‑park events and programmes. You will conduct market research, assist with concept development, and manage event logistics to ensure each experience aligns with marketing strategies, guest preferences, and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in programme conceptualisation and seasonal campaign development.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Production teams on messaging, assets and on‑ground signage.
• Coordinate event logistics, troubleshoot content and setup challenges, and ensure timely execution.
• Consolidate post‑campaign data, track production expenses and prepare performance reports.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and manage administrative tasks related to brand and event initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Events, Business, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in events planning, public programmes or creative project coordination.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as event schedules demand.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to use AI tools for productivity.
