Senior Executive, Grant Support

About the role

The Air Traffic Management Research Institute (ATMRI) at Nanyang Technological University seeks a Senior Executive to lead grant support functions, ensuring effective financial administration and project coordination across research programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee manpower planning and administration through the RISE system, including approvals, budget checks, expenditure monitoring, and reporting.
• Lead finance functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Serve as the primary contact for finance and operational matters with research teams, institutional offices, and external partners.
• Plan and execute institute-wide events, meetings, visits, and other activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in project administration and programme coordination.
• Experience in higher education, research administration, or public‑sector programmes preferred.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and the MS Office suite.
