Senior Executive – Learning Systems & Tech & Course Registration

About the role

The Senior Executive, Learning Systems & Tech and Course Registration will oversee end‑to‑end academic administration and digital learning support for undergraduate programmes at NTU. The role ensures accurate course registration, smooth operation of learning platforms, and compliance with academic policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate course offerings, prerequisites and registration timelines with faculty; manage NTULearn site setup and lecture recording schedules.
• Troubleshoot registration and LMS issues to maintain uninterrupted teaching delivery.
• Administer AI‑enabled and technology‑enabled teaching platforms such as NALA, LAMS and NTULearn, liaising with faculty and IT teams.
• Support student progression activities, including streaming exercises and tracking of Accelerated Bachelor’s and Double Degree programmes.
• Process course exemption applications, monitor academic compliance (e.g., Ethics and Academic Integrity) and generate reports for leadership.
• Handle role‑based email accounts, respond to student enquiries, assist with orientation events, format exam papers, check marked scripts, prepare certification letters and manage facilities and fault reporting.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in academic administration or student services, preferably within a university or polytechnic.
• Experience with e‑learning platforms or digital education tools is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate academic processes for large cohorts or complex programmes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Data‑management capabilities.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled teaching platforms such as NALA, LAMS and NTULearn.
• Ability to quickly learn and operate university IT systems.
