Senior Executive, Strategic Communications & PR

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented communications professional to join our Corporate Communications team. You will help shape strategic communications that enhance our corporate reputation, engage key stakeholders, and drive our sustainability agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of corporate communications strategies, drafting speeches, media releases and executive messaging.
• Manage media relations, respond to enquiries and maintain relationships with journalists and stakeholder contacts.
• Coordinate the end‑to‑end production of the Annual Report, collaborating with finance, legal, operations and leadership, and managing external vendors.
• Assist the sustainability communications workstream by translating complex data into compelling narratives and creating media and stakeholder engagement materials.
• Collaborate with team members to strengthen Sentosa’s position as a leading leisure destination, host media familiarisation tours and handle issues/crisis communications.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑player mindset.
• Versatile, creative, independent and self‑motivated.
• Relevant degree (Mass Communications, Public Relations or related).
• 3‑4+ years of relevant experience in communications.
• Excellent media pitching, writing and language abilities.
• Experience in tourism or hospitality is a plus.
• Proficiency with social media tools and interest in new media trends.
• Bilingual ability is an advantage.
