Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – Licensing & Enterprise Risk Management

About the role

The position supports Eastern Community Hospital’s (ECH) key organisational processes, focusing on planning and developing clinical services and ensuring compliance with licensing, data protection and enterprise risk management standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist ECH clinical teams in developing care models, work processes and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate with the Development Secretariat to align clinical needs with facility planning and prepare for the new hospital opening.
• Develop, implement and update data‑protection policies in line with the PDPA, conduct audits and raise staff awareness.
• Maintain compliance with the MOH Healthcare Services Act, ISO accreditation and other licensing requirements, including internal audits.
• Support the Senior Manager in creating the SCH ERM work plan, analyse risk trends and monitor key risks across the three community hospitals.
• Facilitate ERM implementation, promote a risk‑aware culture and ensure adherence to the SingHealth AEN incident‑reporting framework.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare environment; project‑management experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to learn and share knowledge.
