Senior Executive/Executive Designer – Engagement (1-year contract)

About the role
The Communications and Engagement Cluster of the Public Service Department is looking for a Senior Executive/Executive Designer to support internal and external communications. You will work across the Public Service to create visual assets that promote learning, innovation and well‑being.
Key responsibilities
- Conceptualise and execute design for branding, digital products, websites, graphics and merchandise.
- Produce communication assets such as infographics, email newsletters, digital media and event collateral.
- Provide design support for engagement events, from visual identity to printed materials.
- Manage design projects from brief to delivery, ensuring scope, timeline and budget are met.
Required profile
- Passion for people‑focused communication and a strong design sensibility.
- 1–3 years of relevant design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to create compelling visual content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency with Figma.
