Senior Finance Manager (Full Sets/Reporting)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead full‑set accounting and reporting functions for a multinational technology and manufacturing organization in Singapore. The role will oversee month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closes, provide financial insights to business leaders, and drive process improvements across the finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, cash‑flow forecasts and variance analyses.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and strategic recommendations.
• Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks, manage financial risks and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Act as primary liaison with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory authorities; coordinate statutory audits and tax filings.
• Lead, coach and develop finance team members across regional operations, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Identify and implement finance transformation initiatives, including ERP enhancements, automation and process standardisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading full‑set accounting and reporting functions in a multinational environment.
• Strong ability to partner with business units and provide actionable financial insights.
• Experience managing internal controls, audit processes and tax compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in developing and coaching finance teams.
