Senior Food & Beverage Captain

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Captain to lead the service team at Estiatorio Milos, part of Marina Bay Sands. In this role you will ensure exceptional guest experiences, oversee table operations, and support the Assistant Manager in achieving departmental goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their seats, providing friendly and attentive service.
• Assist staff with preparation, table set‑up, and proper handling of equipment.
• Manage telephone messages, reservations, and coordinate guest seating to balance restaurant flow.
• Address guest concerns promptly and resolve any issues.
• Supervise servers, ensuring consistent high‑quality service.
• Support the Assistant Manager in meeting key performance objectives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or F&B environment.
• Food safety certification and completion of a leadership training program.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
