Senior Food & Beverage Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Senior Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead multiple restaurant outlets across Singapore. In this senior leadership position you will drive business growth, ensure operational excellence, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through menu innovation, promotions, upselling and local store marketing.
• Analyse daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, monitor KPIs and develop action plans to improve profitability.
• Lead outlet teams to maintain consistent food quality, service standards, cleanliness and speed of service.
• Implement, audit and continuously improve SOPs across all locations.
• Engage with customers on the floor, gather feedback and act on opportunities to enhance the guest journey.
• Recruit, train, coach and mentor Outlet Managers and restaurant staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Own P&L performance, control labour, food, wastage and operating costs, and ensure accurate inventory management.
• Maintain full compliance with Singapore food safety, hygiene and workplace regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing multiple F&B outlets.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, food cost, labour cost and overall business performance.
• Proven ability to lead and develop restaurant management teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience using Excel, POS systems and business reporting tools.
• Comfortable translating data insights into actionable plans.
