About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join the Foundry R&D team. You will help shape the future of digital payments by building highly scalable, innovative solutions that leverage emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end‑to‑end software components in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with product owners, researchers, and engineers across multiple geographies.
• Prototype and pilot cutting‑edge payment and commerce solutions, including AI/ML and generative AI applications.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for their impact on the payments ecosystem.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in agile teams delivering Java Spring Boot microservices.
• Strong background in full‑stack development, covering backend, frontend, mobile, and databases.
• Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and building products that matter.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills in a distributed team.

Required skills
