Senior Graphic Designer – Presentation & Visual Storytelling (APAC Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail‑oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead presentation and visual storytelling for the APAC General Manager Conference and other senior‑level events. You will turn complex business information into compelling executive‑level decks and immersive visual experiences that resonate with senior audiences across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop executive‑level PowerPoint and Keynote presentations for the APAC General Manager Conference.
• Create a full suite of creative assets across the attendee journey, including event branding, stage and screen content, signage, wayfinding, speaker assets, and collateral.
• Partner with conference stakeholders, speakers, and business leaders to shape narratives, develop visual concepts, and produce bespoke speaker visuals.
• Adapt and localise global templates and assets for APAC audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
• Curate and manage visual resources such as photography, video, stock imagery, icons, and motion graphics.
• Support onsite conference execution, including last‑minute updates, quality assurance, and version control.
• Collaborate with external agencies, production partners, and vendors to ensure accurate delivery of all creative assets.
• Provide occasional design support for other APAC communications initiatives and leadership events.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing executive‑level presentations and visual storytelling for large‑scale events.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals.
• Excellent collaboration skills with senior business leaders, speakers, and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple creative deliverables.
