Senior HR Manager - Beauty Travel Retail APAC

About the role

A global luxury industry leader is hiring a Senior HR Manager to support its senior leaders across Travel Retail APAC. The role partners closely with brand leadership teams to deliver strategic and operational HR leadership for all beauty brands, acting as a trusted advisor and change agent who translates business priorities into people strategies while ensuring compliance and a strong employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to brand leadership teams, advising on organization, talent, performance and employee relations, and turn business challenges into HR initiatives aligned with brand and regional priorities.
• Support leaders through change, transformation and organizational evolution.
• Lead talent acquisition strategies with TA teams, drive talent development, succession planning and internal mobility, and lead organization design and workforce planning.
• Deploy performance management processes, build an inclusive culture aligned with Group values, and improve employee experience.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and proactively identify and mitigate people-related risks.
• Oversee core HR processes such as onboarding, performance cycles and exits, lead or contribute to APAC or brand HR projects, and use HR data to support decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner.
• Exposure to complex environments in retail, FMCG or luxury; experience in travel retail or multi-market operations is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership presence.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of HR fundamentals and local labor law.
