Senior Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and people‑oriented Senior Human Resources Executive to join our team at Traders Hotel Management. The role involves overseeing the full spectrum of HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll and compliance within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end HR operations, talent requisition, employee engagement, payroll and HR compliance.
• Manage the recruitment process for assigned departments.
• Provide advice on HR policies, procedures and employment‑related matters.
• Support payroll administration ensuring accurate and timely submission of documentation.
• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, Tripartite Guidelines, MOM regulations and company policies.
• Support HR audits and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist with work pass applications, renewals and relevant government reporting.
• Organise employee engagement activities, recognition programmes and wellness initiatives.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll and HR operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong customer‑service mindset.
