Senior Industrialization Planner

About the role

Rockwell Automation is hiring a Senior Industrialization Planner in Singapore, working hybrid. The role plans and coordinates materials, inventory, procurement and production activities to support new product launches and product lifecycle management, ensuring supply-demand alignment, material availability for prototypes and production, inventory optimisation and smooth end-of-life transitions. It reports to the Manager, Strategic Sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate material requirements, inventory and procurement for new product launches, prototypes and pilot builds
• Develop stocking strategies and manage component and finished goods inventory across the product lifecycle
• Work with Purchasing, Production Control and Supply Chain teams to keep materials available and product release schedules on track
• Manage SAP forecasting, demand-supply planning and inventory parameters
• Support end-of-life planning to reduce obsolescence and scrap costs
• Take part in S&OP reviews, capacity planning and cross-functional coordination for new product introductions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Supply Chain Management degree
• Knowledge of NPI and product lifecycle management
• Material planning, inventory management and supply-demand planning
• Procurement and supplier coordination
• Production scheduling and supply chain operations
• Project management and cross-functional stakeholder management

Preferred qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, material planning and SAP
• Experience with S&OP and capacity planning
• Knowledge of production control and manufacturing operations
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting, analysis and inventory tracking
• Obsolescence management and scrap cost reduction experience
• Ability to mentor and guide junior planners
