Senior Insights Analyst - Syndicated Research

About the role

Euromonitor International is looking for a commercially minded, data-savvy analyst to join its Syndicated Research team in Singapore, with a strong focus on client engagement and insight delivery. The role uses Euromonitor's Passport database, a global market intelligence source, to support client queries and strategic conversations with stakeholders in consumer goods and services across Southeast Asia. It is client-facing, with minimal involvement in research production, and the final job level depends on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as first-line support for client queries on Passport data and reports, giving quick, clear answers
• Use existing Passport data to deliver actionable insights to clients in the consumer goods and services space across Southeast Asia
• Take part in and lead client engagements, meetings, webinars and workshops, guiding clients on how to use Euromonitor's data for strategic decisions
• Work with the research data team, consulting and sales to align client needs with available data and solutions
• Monitor usage patterns and common queries to spot training needs and potential upsell areas with sales
• Represent Euromonitor at client briefings and industry events when needed

Required profile

• Right to work in Singapore
• 3-5 years of experience in market research, consulting or client-facing data insights roles
• Strong communication skills, able to explain data and trends in a client-friendly way
• Collaborative, commercially aware and confident engaging stakeholders at all seniority levels
• Ability to speak Thai or Vietnamese is an advantage but not mandatory
