Senior IT Manager - AI Solutions

About the role

Fuku is looking for a Senior IT Manager in Singapore to lead its AI-driven IT systems and solutions. The role covers strategy, team leadership, infrastructure security and liaison with other departments, within a company focused on artificial intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the development, implementation and management of AI-driven IT systems and solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic IT plans aligned with the company's AI-focused goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address AI-related IT needs and opportunities.
• Ensure the security, scalability and reliability of IT infrastructure supporting AI applications.
• Monitor emerging AI technologies and trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures and best practices.
• Manage budgets and resources to optimise IT operations and project delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and act as a liaison between IT and other departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience of 8+ years in IT management, with a focus on AI technologies and solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing IT infrastructure, cloud computing and cybersecurity.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and strong communication skills across departments.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation in IT projects.
• Certifications in relevant IT and AI domains (e.g. AWS, Azure, TensorFlow) are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of AI frameworks, machine learning algorithms and data analytics tools.
