Senior Manager, APAC Acquisitions Growth Strategy

About the role

Foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a Senior Manager for its APAC Acquisitions Growth Strategy team, based in Singapore. The role reports directly to the Director of Acquisitions Growth Strategy and aims to grow the customer base across 15 markets in APAC, Europe and Turkey by turning data-driven insights into strategies and executing them locally. It is open only to Singaporeans and PRs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and scale the regional strategy for new customer acquisition and reactivation of lapsed customers, turning it into clear market-level plans and targets
• Manage marketing budgets and processes to allocate resources toward investment opportunities that support sustainable growth
• Work with local market teams on strategy implementation and budget use
• Generate business-critical insights to improve performance on core KPIs such as customer acquisition and retention
• Shape the product roadmap for growth initiatives, including the onboarding journey and incentive structures
• Develop and oversee reports for senior leadership, covering regional overviews and OKR progress
• Collaborate with marketing, product, data and local teams to drive innovation in growth initiatives
• Lead growth-related projects with multiple senior stakeholders, from individual channels to organisation-wide initiatives

Required profile

• 5 to 12 years of experience in finance or strategy; e-commerce or platform-based tech start-up experience is most relevant
• Analytical, structured thinker with a strong grasp of unit economics (LTV, CAC, payback)
• Experience with experimentation or statistics (A/B testing, incrementality measurement)
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; a background in Business, Finance, Strategy or a related field is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise and work independently in a fast-paced environment, and to engage senior management
