Senior Manager, Building Enhancement Team (3-Year Contract)

About the role

The Building Enhancement Team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead multi‑disciplinary projects for a three‑year contract. You will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and delivering construction and fit‑out works while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, budget, and timelines in collaboration with Business Units.
• Assemble and lead a consultant team that includes interior designers, architects, and engineers.
• Create and manage project budgets, ensuring costs stay within approved limits.
• Monitor schedules, guarantee milestones are met, and keep projects on track.
• Provide mechanical design advice for A&A (Addition & Alteration) works across the team.
• Report progress, costs, and potential concerns continuously to Business Units.
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve technical or logistical issues that arise during execution.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Building, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Strong technical knowledge of A&A projects and mechanical‑engineering services.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
