Senior Manager – Food & Beverage Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional to lead the strategy for our award‑winning portfolio of restaurants and bars, ranging from the Michelin‑starred JAAN to iconic venues such as Prego and ANTI:DOTE. You will shape brand storytelling, drive guest engagement and support revenue growth across multiple concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for each dining concept, tailoring campaigns to distinct audiences.
• Collaborate with chefs, sommeliers, restaurant managers and the wider operations team to develop memorable promotions, events and loyalty programmes.
• Combine creative ideas with data‑driven insights to increase covers, boost brand visibility and optimise spend.
• Manage integrated campaigns across digital, PR, partnerships, events and social media.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing and influence overall business performance.

Required profile

• Passion for food, beverage and hospitality marketing.
• Proven experience creating integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, events and social media.
• Strategic thinker who markets experiences, not just products.
• Strong collaborator comfortable working with chefs, agencies, media and influencers.
• Data‑oriented, using performance metrics to refine initiatives.
• Proactive, creative and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
