Senior Manager – Human Performance & Wellbeing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Performance Specialist to join our Safety Division. The role focuses on optimising performance and well‑being of Air Traffic Controllers, Support Officers and Engineers while driving human‑factors and safety initiatives across our air navigation services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group coaching sessions and develop performance‑enhancement programmes.
• Design and lead mental‑well‑being initiatives, including peer‑support and fatigue‑management training.
• Lead human‑factors investigations, develop preventive strategies, and contribute to safety‑management system improvements.
• Establish and maintain a Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) programme, providing psychological support after incidents.
• Design and conduct safety‑culture surveys, analyse operational data, and develop performance metrics.

Required profile

• Degree or training in Psychology, Human Factors or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in aviation psychology or human factors.
• Strong expertise in performance coaching, human‑factors analysis and safety investigations.
• CISM certification or equivalent crisis‑intervention training.
