Senior Manager, Industrial Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to drive industrial engineering initiatives within our semiconductor fab in Singapore. The role combines hands‑on technical guidance with strategic capacity planning to support consistent revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership for industrial engineering functions and coach engineers on daily tasks.
• Identify and implement improvements in capacity and productivity planning.
• Develop and execute a capacity roadmap aligned with long‑term growth targets.
• Perform capacity scenario analyses to determine performance requirements and future capital needs.
• Coordinate with production planning and factory management on tactical loading commitments.
• Benchmark against best‑in‑class fabs and apply proven methods to enhance processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in capacity planning, cycle‑time management, WIP control, and productivity optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑influence skills.
