Senior Manager, OD & Learning

About the role

The Senior Manager, OD & Learning will lead the design and execution of organisational development, talent management and learning initiatives. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape change programmes, build competency models and drive a culture of continuous development across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement change management strategies for large‑scale initiatives.
• Develop and maintain talent assessment, succession planning and leadership development frameworks.
• Oversee performance management systems and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Create and deliver learning solutions using e‑learning, virtual and blended formats.
• Analyse talent, performance and learning data to provide actionable insights.
• Lead post‑survey engagement actions and employee engagement programmes.
• Manage SharePoint sites and workflow processes supporting OD and L&D activities.

Required profile

• Degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 8‑10 years of progressive experience in organisational development, learning & development, talent management or similar HR functions.
• Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• SharePoint administration and workflow management.
