Senior Manager - Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service

About the role

Huron is looking for a Senior Manager specializing in Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) to join its finance transformation practice in Singapore. You will lead complex finance transformation programs for telecommunications clients, helping them modernize revenue recognition processes, improve compliance and achieve operational excellence through Oracle Fusion Financials. You will act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, guide finance transformation initiatives and mentor project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Revenue Management implementations and guide finance transformation initiatives for telecom clients.
• Mentor project teams and work across functional and technical workstreams.
• Help clients realize value through streamlined processes, automation and adoption of industry best practices.

Required profile

• 10-13 years of experience delivering Oracle Fusion Financials implementations with strong functional expertise.
• At least five end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, upgrade, lift-and-shift or support engagements.
• Proven experience leading a full-cycle Oracle RMCS implementation in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience conducting business requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, functional design documentation, CRP, SIT, UAT and end-user training.
• Strong understanding of enterprise structures, chart of accounts, hierarchies, flexfields, data migration tools, reconciliation and financial reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving and presentation skills with senior business leaders.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion Financials modules: General Ledger, Revenue Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Expenses.
• Data migration tools FBDI and ADFdi; OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio and Smart View.
• Preferred: IFRS and BEPS Pillar 2, Oracle Fusion Tax, period-close support, integrations with Projects, Procurement, SCM and HCM, and direct work with Oracle Support.
