Senior Manager, People Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, People Partner to join the Pandora People Partner Team in Singapore. This senior individual‑contributor role acts as a trusted strategic advisor to senior business leaders, shaping people strategies that drive high‑performing organisations and sustainable business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep business understanding and translate priorities into people strategies that improve organisational effectiveness.
• Advise leaders on organisational design, workforce composition and operating models, and partner on workforce planning.
• Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, talent reviews, succession planning and performance management.
• Act as a strategic change partner, shaping people strategy for major transformations and ensuring smooth organisational change.
• Lead complex People projects, aligning stakeholders and embedding talent and organisational priorities within the business.
• Provide data‑driven insights to influence senior decision‑making and anticipate future capability needs.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive HR or HR consulting experience, including senior People Partner or HR Business Partner roles.
• Proven ability to partner with C‑level leaders and influence organisational decisions.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and data‑literacy skills, and experience with organisation design, workforce planning and change management.
• Excellent coaching, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organisational Development or related field.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore (Singaporean citizen or PR).
