Senior Manager – Strategy & Operations (18‑month contract)

About the role

The Senior Manager – Strategy & Operations will support the development and execution of group‑wide strategic initiatives, corporate transformation programmes and operational excellence initiatives for a global urban and infrastructure consultancy based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the Group’s strategic priorities and business plans.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and strategic assessments.
• Develop business cases, financial analyses and recommendations for strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Lead and support enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives, including AI, portfolio optimisation, operating model transformation and productivity improvement.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams and monitor programme delivery.
• Drive implementation of strategic initiatives across Business Lines and Corporate Functions.
• Monitor strategic KPIs and business performance; develop dashboards and reports for EXCO and the Board.
• Prepare Board, EXCO and senior management papers, presentations and briefing materials.
• Partner with Business Line CEOs, Corporate Functions and external stakeholders to deliver strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with senior executives such as EXCO members and CEOs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional programmes and transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in strategic planning, business development and performance management.
