Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead hiring initiatives across a wide spectrum of corporate, specialised and technical positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and enhance our employer brand to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective sourcing strategies for diverse roles.
• Drive talent sourcing and candidate engagement using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks and other channels.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, hiring trends and competitor practices.
• Oversee scholarship programmes, from strategic direction to execution and award ceremonies.
• Lead employer branding initiatives across social media platforms.
• Support adoption of AI and automation tools to improve sourcing and recruitment efficiency.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, identify process improvements and contribute to overall talent acquisition outcomes.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience covering corporate, specialised and technical roles.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and use LinkedIn Recruiter effectively.
• Experience providing recruitment advisory support to multiple stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing scholarship programmes or employer branding is a plus.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HR technologies and AI‑enabled recruitment tools is advantageous.
