Senior Marketing Executive – Education Segment

About the role

Sodexo Singapore is looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to lead marketing initiatives for its Education segment. You will shape integrated strategies that boost brand visibility, engage students, faculty and institutions, and support business growth across schools, universities and other educational organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives for the education segment.
• Identify growth opportunities across existing and new accounts and position Sodexo as a partner of choice.
• Design campaigns to enhance student, faculty and institutional engagement and improve on‑site customer experience.
• Lead digital initiatives including social media, email campaigns and online engagement, creating tailored content for the education audience.
• Support sales and bid teams with compelling proposals, case studies and value propositions for tenders and pitches.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and manage internal and external communications.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and track campaign ROI to refine strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 6–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in food services, hospitality, education or B2B services.
• Proven track record in campaign management, digital marketing and brand building.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
