Senior M&E Project Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Project Manager to lead the planning, design, procurement and delivery of M&E systems for a leading regional real‑estate developer’s commercial, mixed‑use and hospitality projects in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end M&E delivery across development projects, from feasibility studies through to commissioning and handover.
• Provide technical leadership on budgeting, lifecycle costing and design optimisation to enhance sustainability and operational efficiency.
• Review and approve M&E designs, BIM models, shop drawings, testing & commissioning plans and as‑built documentation.
• Manage consultants, contractors, vendors and multidisciplinary stakeholders to meet budget, schedule, quality and safety targets.
• Drive value‑engineering initiatives and support tendering, procurement and contract evaluation.
• Oversee inspections, Factory Acceptance Tests, mock‑ups, commissioning activities and post‑completion asset enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, project governance, risk management and workplace safety standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in M&E project management, design management or property development.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale commercial, mixed‑use, hospitality or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of local green‑building certifications such as BCA Green Mark or LEED.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
