Senior .NET Application Developer & Technical Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior .NET Application Developer who will also act as the technical team lead for our growing development group in Singapore. You will drive the modernization of legacy applications, own the technical direction, and mentor a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically plan and execute migration from .NET Framework to the latest .NET releases.
• Serve as the technical authority for both classic and modern .NET technologies.
• Write high‑quality .NET code (4.8 and .NET Core) and ensure best‑practice standards.
• Design, develop, and optimise SQL Server databases and stored procedures.
• Lead the full software lifecycle from requirements to production support.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, improve performance, and enforce security best practices.
• Mentor and grow a resilient development team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate external systems.
• Explore AI services and develop solutions within the Azure environment.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on .NET application development experience.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a 360‑degree view of solutions.
• Ability to work onsite in Singapore and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
