About the role
SingHealth is hiring a Senior / Patient Service Associate for its Bed Management Unit in the hospital. The role provides administrative and operational support, coordinating and assigning clinically appropriate beds to patients in a timely way.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and assign beds to patients in a timely manner
- Liaise with stakeholders to optimise bed resources and minimise bed waiting time
- Collate and share bed statistical reports
- Take part in quality improvement activities
Required profile
- NITEC, NITEC or GCE 'O' Level with 1 to 2 years of frontline experience
- Experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
- Customer-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work 3 rotating shifts, including weekends, night shifts and public holidays
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
