Senior Patient Service Associate, Contact Centre

About the role

The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Singapore, a 2,000-bed psychiatric hospital established in 1928, is recruiting a Senior Patient Service Associate for its Contact Centre / Quit Vape Helpline. Staff play a key role in patient care and administration, making sure calls and enquiries are answered promptly and efficiently while keeping a high standard of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle calls and enquiries from the General Line, Appointment Line and Quit Vape Line, giving patients and the public information about IMH's services
• Help schedule appointments for patients and give them appointment-related information
• Attend to patients, including registration, appointment scheduling and payment collection
• Answer enquiries from patients and members of the public via the General Enquiry line, Appointment line and Quit Vape Helpline
• Carry out other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor

Required profile

• Service-oriented, confident and passionate about helping others
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous call centre experience is welcome

• Strong technological proficiency with digital communication systems and platforms
• Ability to navigate digital tools confidently
