Senior Pharmacist – Hospital Pharmacy

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Pharmacist to join the pharmacy team at Alexandra Hospital. The role offers the chance to contribute to safe medication dispensing and patient‑centred care within a supportive, learning‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure safe, accurate and timely dispensing of medications.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians, assistants and fellow pharmacists to deliver coordinated care.
• Support daily pharmacy operations, including medication packing as needed.
• Work with doctors, nurses and allied health professionals to provide holistic patient care.
• Assist in training activities under senior guidance.
• Participate in service improvement and innovation initiatives.
• Undertake additional duties to support departmental goals.

Required profile

• Pharmacist registered (or pending registration) with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Responsible, adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Team player who enjoys collaboration across job groups.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Good listening and communication skills.
