Senior Pharmacist / Pharmacist

About the role

NHG is hiring a Senior Pharmacist or Pharmacist for its NHG Pharmacy within the population health programme. You will join a team that leads prescription processing, medication management, patient education and other administrative duties in an outpatient pharmacy setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care services to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Deliver safe and efficient counselling and dispensing so that drugs are dispensed accurately according to protocol and legal requirements
• Ensure smooth daily operations and profitability of the pharmacy at the polyclinics
• Train and supervise pharmacy staff and students

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy and registration as a Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Experience in direct patient care is an advantage
• Good initiative, drive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a team
