Senior Planner – Industrial & Energy Transition

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Planner to lead industrial and energy‑transition projects across Southeast Asia, Africa and China. You will shape master plans, integrate low‑carbon strategies and deliver high‑impact solutions for large‑scale developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards and client expectations are met.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (industrial, energy, infrastructure, environment) to produce integrated solutions.
• Develop master plans, land‑use frameworks, zoning strategies and spatial designs for industrial parks.
• Collaborate with energy specialists to embed low‑carbon systems, circular resource flows and industrial symbiosis into planning frameworks.
• Prepare clear, narrative‑driven reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and clients.
• Apply digital and AI tools (modelling, analytics, automation) to improve efficiency and output quality.

Required profile

• 7–15 years of experience in planning, urban design or industrial development, preferably in industrial parks or economic zones.
• Strong spatial planning and design sense with familiarity of Singapore’s industrial landscape.
• Good understanding of energy‑transition trends such as low‑carbon parks, renewable energy and circular economy.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills; ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Proactive ownership, ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in fast‑paced, team‑oriented environments.
