Senior Principal - CIO Advisory & Transformations

About the role

Infosys Consulting, a global management consulting firm, is hiring a Senior Principal for its CIO Advisory & Transformations practice in Singapore. You will build deep client relationships at executive and senior management levels, lead complex engagements and mid-to-large strategic transformations, and act as a key leader in the APAC firm, mentoring people and shaping new service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex engagements and mid-to-large strategic transformations, collaborating with client and Infosys teams to deliver consulting programs on strategy, digital and cloud transformation, application portfolio rationalization, hybrid cloud adoption, cloud economics and IT cost optimization, and business and operating model design.
• Pursue and grow client relationships, own accounts and generate revenue, including upselling and account expansion.
• Develop and deliver new service offerings, point-of-view articles, white papers and best practices, and contribute to the firm's knowledge base.
• Lead, mentor and develop people in the APAC CIO Advisory practice.
• Conduct market and client research, write proposals and present compelling business cases.

Required profile

• Strong management consulting experience across industries (mandatory).
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product and technical challenges.
• Ability to design operating and business models for digital, cloud and emerging capabilities (mandatory).
• Experience leading large-scale RFPs and tender responses.
• Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud strategy, migration and adoption, and with the cloud domain (AWS, Azure, Google, private cloud providers).
• Understanding of IT strategy, roadmaps, cost optimization, application portfolio analysis and transformation program management.
• Experience with Agile methodology, service management, IT operations and IT infrastructure, automation, DevOps and DevSecOps.
