Senior Producer

About the role

The Senior Producer will lead end‑to‑end video production for corporate, government, broadcast, digital and social media clients. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest creative and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full video production lifecycle from concept development to final delivery.
• Develop creative concepts, treatments and storytelling strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Manage production schedules, budgets, logistics, vendor coordination and on‑site execution across studio, field, overseas and live‑event settings.
• Maintain production quality, technical standards and visual consistency across all deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, talents, agencies and partners, presenting concepts and managing expectations.
• Mentor junior producers, videographers, editors and freelancers, ensuring adherence to SOPs and operational workflows.

• Strong storytelling instincts and production leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple fast‑turnaround projects in a dynamic agency environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and driving capability development.
