Senior Product Manager, Checkout & Post-Order Experience

About the role

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape two key parts of the customer journey: Checkout and Post-Order Fulfilment. From the moment a customer confirms an order until it arrives, you will identify friction, solve customer problems and build better product experiences, working at the intersection of customer experience, technology and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision, product strategy and roadmap to drive growth and business impact.
• Define metrics to measure the health and success of products and initiatives.
• Run experiments to support product decisions with data.
• Identify and execute opportunities to optimise the acquisition funnel and improve user onboarding.
• Build user experiences with the design team and align with business stakeholders and other product teams.
• Lead product execution and work with engineering teams to build scalable, robust solutions.
• Stay aware of industry innovations and emerging technologies and inspire teams to keep up.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Natural Science Studies or a related field.
• Around 7 years or more of experience building and improving consumer-facing digital products, owning a product area and driving its roadmap.
• Experience in domains such as Checkout, Payments, Post-Order, Fulfilment, Logistics, Customer Support or Growth, or other transaction-heavy customer journeys.
• Demonstrated experience running A/B experiments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proven product leadership, including leading agile teams and turning epics into user stories.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, competing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
