Senior Production Associate

About the role

The Senior Production Associate operates manufacturing equipment, assembles products and monitors production processes to ensure safe, efficient and high‑quality output within Pall's Singapore facility.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring specifications are met and materials are readily available.
• Carry out production activities in compliance with safety, quality, 5S methodology and operational procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment, support line‑issue escalation and provide on‑the‑job training to new hires.
• Develop and revise SOPs and work instructions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams and support continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• NITEC or Diploma graduate with 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing experience (or secondary graduate with 5 years).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and lift/carry objects up to 20 kg in a clean‑room environment.
• Ability to meet daily production output and promptly escalate quality or line issues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems in a manufacturing/clean‑room setting.
• Basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) operations.
