Senior Project & Delivery Manager (APAC Retail/F&B Technology)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project & Delivery Manager to lead technology initiatives across APAC markets for a global consumer brand. You will act as the primary delivery partner, coordinating new market launches, platform implementations, and operational rollouts while collaborating with internal product teams, regional stakeholders, and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects, including market launches, system enhancements, and operational rollouts.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned markets, translating technology roadmaps into clear implementation plans.
• Manage scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Solution Engineers, regional teams, business partners, and third‑party vendors to resolve blockers.
• Ensure technology readiness for new market launches, covering systems, integrations, processes, and operational requirements.
• Drive adoption of global technology standards while balancing local market needs.
• Provide structured governance, including status reporting, risk tracking, issue management, and post‑launch reviews.
• Oversee vendor performance to meet timelines, quality expectations, and deliverables.
• Identify and implement improvements to delivery processes and rollout frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project, delivery, programme management, or technology implementation.
• Proven track record delivering technology projects in international or multi‑market environments.
• Experience in digital transformation, retail or restaurant/QSR technology, e‑commerce, POS, ordering platforms, payments, or customer‑facing solutions is highly advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent governance capabilities, including planning, reporting, RAID management, and executive‑level updates.
