Senior Project Engineer – Civil & Structural

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will lead the civil and structural aspects of construction projects across Singapore. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with design specifications, and drive project schedules to meet client and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret civil and structural drawings and details.
• Lead, coordinate and manage civil and structural works on site.
• Plan and execute day‑to‑day operations for the C&S team.
• Ensure civil and structural requirements align with project submissions and timelines.
• Develop detailed work plans, cost estimations and resource forecasts.
• Monitor progress, track delays, and implement schedule control systems.
• Assist the Project Manager with monthly progress claims and reports.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants and authorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, building or engineering.
• Recognised degree accredited by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
• RTO qualification is an added advantage.
