Senior Project Manager – Construction & Civil Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our construction‑civil engineering projects in Singapore. Reporting to the Operations Director/Project Director, you will oversee site execution, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Operations/Project Director in guiding the site construction team.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to pre‑empt site issues.
• Review equipment and material requisitions for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage correspondence and documentation with clients, representatives, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Supervise on‑site labour and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure all works align with specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve technical difficulties and on‑site problems promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or professional degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent recognized by the P.E. Board).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction or civil engineering project management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, accountable, and capable of working independently.
