Senior Project Manager – Customer Software Implementation

About the role

Jeppesen ForeFlight is looking for a senior‑level Project Manager to lead customer‑facing software implementation projects across the Asia‑Pacific region. Reporting to the Manager of Crew Implementation, you will coordinate planning, scheduling and delivery while working in a hybrid environment based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end software implementation projects, ensuring scope, budget and timeline compliance.
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and coaching teams on Agile principles.
• Collaborate with internal departments, vendors and partners to drive successful deployments and adoption of project‑management best practices.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues, applying corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Control project scope, manage change requests and ensure proper billing for additional work.
• Communicate project status, progress and expectations to both internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of external customer project management experience (8+ years for senior candidates).
• Proven experience delivering complex software implementation projects.
• Strong business acumen, relationship‑building and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
