Senior Project Manager – HRTech Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale, multi‑workstream HRTech transformation programmes. The role combines strategic governance, executive partnership and cross‑functional leadership to deliver complex change at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define and operate programme governance structures, reporting cadences and portfolio alignment.
• Manage C‑suite and senior stakeholder relationships, lead steering committee presentations and drive decision‑making.
• Anticipate programme‑level risks, design mitigation plans and lead escalation response for critical issues.
• Build, coach and develop high‑performing project management teams, set KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO standards, contribute to delivery frameworks and intellectual capital.
• Oversee delivery margins, resource allocation and scope risk to ensure commercial viability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 10‑15 years of experience managing large HRTech transformation programmes across multiple geographies.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑workstream initiatives and influence senior executives.
• Demonstrated track record in people development and capability building.
• Relevant project‑management certifications (PMP, MSP, PRINCE2) preferred.

• Managing Successful Programs (MSP) certification.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
