Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure)

About the role

This Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure) position works with inter-agency partners, business clusters, land planners, architects and engineers on underground and infrastructure projects. The role covers planning, tender preparation, safety monitoring and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform infrastructure planning and assess ground conditions
• Prepare project briefs and lead tender preparation to select and appoint project consultants and contractors
• Review and monitor safety, construction methods and compliance
• Identify design and construction issues and contractual disputes, and propose appropriate or alternative solutions
• Manage and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams so projects are delivered safely, cost-effectively and efficiently

Required profile

• Background in Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects such as roads, drains and sewers is an advantage
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and excellent time management
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage more than one project at a time
