Senior Project Manager

About the role

IG Group is seeking a high‑calibre Senior Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a strategic product initiative for IG Markets Singapore. You will act as the project lead, aligning regional and global stakeholders, shaping delivery strategy, and ensuring successful localisation of IG’s product suite in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project plan for deploying the IG Markets product suite into Singapore, translating strategic objectives into executable delivery plans with clear milestones.
• Establish and lead structured governance forums across global and local stakeholders, providing data‑driven reporting to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Ensure compliance with MAS regulatory requirements, partnering with Compliance and Legal to embed controls into product implementation.
• Define scope, success metrics, and value tracking, managing change control and risk escalation in a multi‑entity, regulated financial services environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects in the financial services or FinTech sector.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Excellent governance and stakeholder management skills in a multi‑entity, regulated context.
