Senior Project Manager

About the role

Razer is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead software and AI initiatives across its global team. Based in Singapore, you will coordinate cross‑functional groups to deliver AI solutions that align with business goals while ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, AI, Marketing, PR and other teams to ensure seamless execution of AI initiatives.
• Track progress, report to stakeholders, identify risks and blockers, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets and resources to achieve cost‑effective delivery within scope.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define success metrics and KPIs, and monitor their performance.
• Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback and applying lessons learned.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of project management experience in technology, product, or software development.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• 4‑year degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to one trip per year.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and model lifecycle management
