Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead, schedule, and monitor project delivery activities for customers in the Hybrid Network Services domain. The role focuses on improving customer experience, turnaround time, cost efficiency, and productivity while ensuring processes and systems are easy to use and follow.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects of varying size and complexity, including hardware planning, environment provisioning, documentation, and application deployments.
• Allocate resources based on required skills and capabilities, and oversee the procurement lifecycle for project needs.
• Guide and mentor technical implementation leads and program management teams to deliver designs and executions on schedule and within budget.
• Lead customer review meetings for large and complex projects and drive OEM/partner/vendor performance reviews.
• Monitor business processes against KPIs such as turnaround time, first‑time‑right, and cost, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, commercial, etc.) to identify issues, opportunities, and drive mitigation through escalation when needed.
• Track project margins, revenue realization, and conduct periodic stakeholder meetings to discuss issues and action items.

Required profile

• B.Tech/Diploma (MBA preferred) with at least 8 years of experience in technical support and project delivery within the technology industry.
• Proven expertise in integrated service delivery of complex, large‑scale projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and understanding of market dynamics.
• Experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial planning.
